· Charges are fully inclusive of electricity.
Excluded:
· We are unable to accept pets.
· The apartment is no smoking.
· Beach towels are not provided.
Linen/Towels/Cleaning:
· The following charges are required towards laundry (bedding and towels) and
cleaning.
· 1 - 2 people - £50 (total payable)
· 3 - 4 people - £85 (total payable)
Payment:
· A non-refundable 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking.
· The balance and a refundable £50 deposit to cover damage and breakages are
payable 4 weeks before the rental period commences.
· Full terms and conditions will be provided on confirmation of the booking.
